Use this only for proposal templates that contain the {{gaprx_calculator_url}} merge tag.
For the cleanest workflow, finalize the document in Better Proposals and use Generate links without sending. Growth Hub checks for recipient links every 15 minutes and sends each selected contact their own tracked proposal link.
The shared “Proposal Ready / Review” template is recommended. You can edit shared template wording later from Email Center.
